Focused-self energy

Focus, allow any stress to exit the mind.  Remember a fantasy or two, though not essential. Relax.  Get in tune with self.  Stay focused. Touch everything that comes to mind. At the “spot” along repetitive strokes, focus the mind on the energy and then focus the mind on the goal, stay focused.

Don’t force a sound. In deep thought, breathe and allow soft natural sounds. Lovely sounds that comes from the core. Relax. Stay focused. Allow it and receive it, the goal comes naturally easy. When the brain receives oxygen it gives the body energy that gets blood flowing which aids in the ease of the goal.

Clench & release, Clench & release just a little for rising faith.  The muscles are activated and tightening, clenching then happens naturally.  Allow it and receive it,  the goal comes naturally. Relax. Breathe. Stay focused. Hold it, keep your mind clear or remember a fantasy or two, though not essential.  Pleasing thoughts of how good it feels. Keep focusing.  Breathe. Hold it….. Allow the body to clench. Breathe. And when it grabs ahold, let go.  The body vibrates, the heart is pounding, muscle spasms,  you’re mind is so relaxed and has escaped into a placed filled with explosive sensations.  

Relax. Breathe. Breathe slow, this is a break.  The next goal is easier to achieve from having keep steady progress with the previous goal.  Multiple goals are always alluring.  Don’t ever lose focus.  

The break is over, proceed to the next goal…..
